Dirty Lightning is Awesome, isn't it?

As for stating it, I'd say just a lightning bolt + some heat damage + some bludgeoning damage + risk of suffocation + other effects that occur in a volcanic erruption (sickness, nausea, etc).

Probably no more environmental threat than a normal eruption.

Dirty lightning is Flippin' awesome looking. It reminds me of the after effects of my Habenro vegetarian chili. It's made with fresh habeneros, lots of beans and this hotsauce i got in louisiana a few years ago, Bought it from this little ma and pop store in New Orleans (before the hurricane). If you get that hot sauce on your hands, it blisters. Yeah Imagine tons of beans and that sauce, Win!
