The Heartless Archer a figure shrouded in mystery since his arrival on the martial plane. Some believe him to have been a human-like fiend, others a human who had become a blackguard, others still think he might have been a elf who had lost a bet with an efreeti. Whoever he was, wherever he might have come from, this archer had a blood thirst that even the "savage" races feared... His prowess is sometimes attributed to his items, rings, enchanted bows, enchanted armor, and a collection of wondrous items that would make anyones head spins.

Bow of Madness
The Heartless Archer used this bow to render important enemy commanders useless so that he could eradicate the smaller weaker groups as he saw fit to do.
This +2 Longbow is based off of, or actually is, the bow used by The Heartless Archer. When seen up close there are three thin steel rings on both ends of the bow, with a strange slivery paint spiraling around the bow. When an arrow is loaded into the long bow it gains a unstableness and if not fired within the next round it will drop on the archer and cause him to be affected by the spell Insanity. Should it be fired within the round however it will cause the person it hits to be affected by the spell Insanity
Strong enchantment, 13th, Craft Magic Arms and Armor (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#craftMagicArmsAndArmor), Insanity (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/insanity.htm), Price 190,000 (at least thats what the srd said).
Cloak Of Devouring
The Heartless Archer had no moral feeling toward dead flesh, heck he'd eat his own allies if it allowed him to quickly return to battle.
This cloak has a mouth on it with sharp teeth in the circular maw which is placed where the heart of a normal person would be. (They point outwards not inwards) Should the wearer devour the flesh of a sentient begin (4 Int or higher) he gains full health.

Hellfire Ring
The Heartless Archer used this ring to defend him self in melee combat so that he could quickly return piking off his foes with his sadistic love of battle.
This seemingly innocent ring has a ruby placed in it, when worn the wearer is cloaked in black flames, which do not hurt him or his equipment, when a character attempts to hit him in melee combat must make a fortitude check (DC 14) or take 2d4 damage.
Strong Evocation, CL 12th, Forge Ring (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#forgeRing), Fireball (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/fireball.htm), Price 6800 GP
War-birds Eyes
Used by the Heartless Archer during battle to tell friend from foe in his blood thirst, these lenses can help see during the night and to bypass cover.
These two contact lenses-like (you know the ones people put in there eyes now in days) things make the eyes of the wearer of them pitch red, they have little or no ability to tell the difference between colors as these lenses make most things reddish however when aiming enemies of the wearer and neutral people are black, and allies are white, allowing them to aim fine while their foe is in melee combat with an ally, and give them better aim in general. Negate cover (up to 99%) and sight penalties.
Faint Divination, CL 3, Craft Wondrous Item (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#craftWondrousItem), True Strike (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/trueStrike.htm), Price 4000 GP

Burning Heart
The heartless archer wore this amulet to defend himself against the energies of hell.
this amulet type object, is evil, when hung on a wearer's neck grants 50% immunity to fire damage and 100% damage against evil damage.
