I saw this on a 3.5 feat list... it's from some issue of Dragon Magazine, but I have no clue what it does.
I'm trying to design a metamagic heavy wizard, and am looking for non-traditional options.
Thanks,
Dyllan

Forceful Spell
Type: Metamagic
Source: Dragon #358
Your spells slam their targets with irresistible force.
Benefit: Only spells that target one or more creatures can be made forceful. An opponent struck by a forceful spell must make a Fortitude save at the same DC as the spell or be knocked prone and stunned for 1 round. If the spell affects more than one target, the forceful effect affects only one target (of your choice). A forceful spell uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell's actual level.

I like that feat. It goes well with the Magic Missile build...

And that's exactly what I was hoping to use it for. A magic missile build, thematically similar to some posted here.
Thanks, Tokiko Mima, for the info.
