So, next adventure, at one point my Players are going to take on the role of some other characters (Not their normal ones). Specifically, a group of junior officers on an inquisitorial prison ship that is being boarded. What this means, is that I need 6th level characters for them to play as. Don't worry about fluffing them, I'll handle that easily enough, but it looks like I may have up to 10 players. So, some things
1. The characters must be 6th level.
2. Keep it simple, I'd prefer if you stick to core for this class-wise, as I'd rather not have to explain the class features to the players as I randomly assign characters for the fight. You can go non-core races, but try to keep it to LA 0, races with simple features.
Here's an example of one I've done so far

Bo’sn Higgs, 6th level Hadooze Rouge
Str Dex Con Int Wis Cha
15 16 14 8 12 8
Skills you need to worry about: Tumble +12 (I’ll handle others later)
HP: 33
BaB+4
AC: 17 (10+3 armor, +3 dodge, +1 enhancement),Touch 13, Flat Footed 14.
Saves: Ref: 10, Fort 3, Will 3
Feats: Weapon Finesse, Two Weapon Fighting, Weapon Focus (Cutlass)
Gear: +1 Frost Cutlass, +1 Cutlass
Attacks: Cutlass, +9 (2d6+3, Threat Range 19-20, x2)
Or, Full Attack Cutlass: +9 (2d6+3, Threat Range 19-20, x2) and Cutlass: +9 (1d6+2, 19-20, x2).
Special: 3d6 sneak attack.
Equipment: Oil of Bless Weapon, +1 Studded Leather Armor, +1 frost cutlass, +1 cutlass

Any such characters you can make to save me some time will be greatly appreciated.

Feel free to snag some of these. Fifth level, but should be easy enough to boost a bit - http://zyanya.wikidot.com/holiday-game

I don't personally have the time, but check out the d20 NPCs Wiki (http://d20npcs.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page) if you can. It's got a whole list of NPCs, and you can sort them by CR (http://d20npcs.wikia.com/wiki/D20_NPCs_by_Challenge_Rating), meaning you can just click the "CR 6" section and get a Human Paladin 6, a Gnome Cleric 6, and several others.

Here you go, just b/c I'm bored. Watch out, for a core build it's deceptively well optimized. And warrior types tend to do better at low levels. I explained toughness, as an example, but there are other strange-looking but good choices. I'm assuming water is a danger, and speed is an issue, so I gave him light armor and a race with 30' movement. He could do better with heavier armor. Falchion was a personal preference; a greatsword will be slightly better until he hits level 9 and grabs improved crit. For a 1 off encounter (only 1 in a day), a 1 level dip into barbarian for rage would have been better, but oh well. Oh, and there are probably better non-PHB races out there than half-orc, but I didn't bother looking.

6th level Half-orc Fighter
Str Dex Con Int Wis Cha
20 13 14 10 10 6
Skills: Swim +14, plus one other (jump, climb or spot depending on your campaign)
HP: 55
BaB+6
AC: 18 or 19 (10+6 armor, +1 dex, +1 deflection, +1 vs. dodge target),Touch 12 or 13, Flat Footed 17.
Saves: Ref: 3, Fort 7, Will 2
Feats (7): weapon focus(falchion), weapon specialization(falchion), dodge, improved initiative, toughness, toughness, toughness (how long does he plan on playing, 'cuz at level 6 +9 HP is uber )
Attacks: Falchion +12 (2d4+9, Threat Range 18-20, x2), Longbow +8 (1d8+5, Threat Range 20, x3)
Or, Full Attack Falchion: +12/+7 (2d4+7,Threat Range 18-20, x2), Longbow +8/+3 (1d8+5, Threat Range 20, x3)
Equipment (13000gp): masterwork falchion (375gp), masterwork +5 composite longbow (900gp), +2 mithril shirt (5100gp, no armor check penalty, max dex +6, 10 lbs, 10% arcane spell failure), +1 ring of protection(2000gp), gauntlets of ogre power +2 (4000gp), leaving 625gp for CLW potions, arrows and other misc. gear

Ooh, Perfect!
These characters will only be used for one fight, they all die at the end, and the players go back to their normal chars.

So it's Ars Ludi style normalvision?

That's kinda neat.
