Problem with Opera line-spacing in Gmail

So I've noticed a strange problem when using Opera to write e-mails in Gmail. The problem doesn't occur in IE or Chrome, so I can just use those, but I wanted to know if anyone else had noticed this.

When I type an e-mail within g-mail on Opera the spacing between the lines becomes rediculously big, ruining the entire lay-out of my e-mails. Even when I later view the e-mails within other browsers or even get replies from other people (who do not use Opera) those particular lines are still screwed up.

Is there a way to solve this and has anyone else experienced it?

Opera does a new paragraph instead of a linebreak. I haven't figured out how to fix it, but you can work around it by doing shift-enter for a new line instead of just enter.

Shift+enter inserts a linebreak in situations like that.

It also inserts a linebreak instead of sending the messange on Instant messangers.
