I think I am. No one in the family has plans, and no one has contacted us saying, 'go here!'. Well, some people did, but I do not relish the thought of being locked in a house with some of them(its a new year's eve lock-in party).

Oi.

Not very inclined to do anything, though. So, yeah.

Turns out I am. I thought I was going to a friend's house for a party, but apparently that's tomorrow. :smallconfused:

I'll be here to. All my plans are for tomorrow.

Yo.

It sucks when all the people you know scatter to the four corners of the earth because of winter break. I found I've got some money and already spent it on some delicious alcohol. I'll be here all night...or until I pass out.:smalltongue:

Yep, I did (yay for time zones). It's what happens when you live over 30 kilometres away from your friends, all of whom have other plans.

I'm at work and work hasn't blocked GitP, so here I am, chatting via PM with a few people and surfing the forum.

I'm currently babysitting my baby cousin. It isn't very hard, considering he was in bed by the time I got here. Now I'm just sitting in the living room, trying to work on the story I've been writing (and failing at it). So, I guess these technically are "plans", even though they're not party plans or anything.

Listening to my brother shoot things and killing time here.

Well, at least until I get kicked off in an hour, at least. :smallsigh:

Yo.
I'd rather spend it here than anywhere else.

Mostly because I'm broke, but if I wasn't I'd still be here.

Rabbit reporting.

I didn't want to go out and play babysitter for my drinking friends. I hate being too young to join them...not that drinking is incredibly appealing anyways.

Yeah, spending new years here, planning to go out with friends tomorrow though. That is, assuming the snow storm outside right now does not become worse...

all my friends have plans that involve liquids that make you feel silly and forget what you're doing, so i'm staying home and not getting arrested at 1AM for driving drunk.

also, i get to celebrate however i want, i'm at home.

I honestly don't care about New Year's Eve / New Year's Day. Yeah, it's another year, whoopdedoo. So what?

So I just did what I always do, which is stay on my laptop up late talking.

It was okay for me to crash at the party I went to, but in the morning it was really more of a family vibe and I was just a guest. So I needed to vacate the premises, not that they would have thrown me out.

And in the morning I was the only one up for several hours so I had to clean out of BOREDOM after the wireless died. And I still ended up walking 2 miles to Starbucks and back out of boredom and for coffee. And scaring the surprisingly attractive and... well, not miser-appearing baristas there due to having walked miles through the cold to star bucks.

Especially since we've decided that the next New Years is in 2100. So I'm still around.

You may find this funny, I am currently sitting here, at my laptop, in my Pyjamas, talking to people I've never met because I have nothing better to do.
