Hello I was planning on Running Shapeshift Druid Goliath and taking the vow of poverty feat. Is this a good idea? Do the Bonuses stack? Thanks for your help in advance!

Do they stack? Looks like most do.

The enhancement bonuses to abilities won't stack with strength bonuses for the forms, and the exalted strike bonuses won't stack with the natural weapon bonuses that the shapeshift grants.

Is it a good idea? I think many people will feel that the flexibility magic items offer (including use of scrolls, which can be huge) far outweighs the bonuses granted by the Vow. On the other hand, it's totally fitting for a druid type to not care for items, and fits a certain archetype. It could be quite effective for boosting the power of the shapeshift forms, which is otherwise hard to do - you could certainly get some solid AC through having big natural armour from the forms (+16 for elemental!) along with all the bonuses from the vow (+10 exalted armour bonus, +3 deflection bonus, +2 natural armour bonus) as well as dex bonus - 41 AC plus Dex is not exactly shabby. Given that you can still use enhancement bonuses to natural armour (Barkskin, Bite of the..., etc.) you could easily hit 50 AC with some dexterity bonus.

Vow of Poverty + Druid is a decent combination, the druid doesn't use too much equipment anyway so you might as well.

No: Vow of Poverty and Shapeshifter doesn't stack, both are Enchantment Bonuses, so you'll just have to put the VoP bonuses in Mental Stats (not that there is anything wrong with that mind you)

Edit: ninja'ed.
