If your compendium is going to make said old one obsolete than yes. If you think that you are not going to make it dead weight than think about it first.

There are a couple of options available: I could go the traditional route and eschew redundancies, meaning classes would only be listed in the Class Compendium, monsters in the Monster Compendium etc.

Alternately, I could allocate to each book an individual post and link them from the OP in the next thread.

I'd go with the 'no redundancies' method, myself, but the individual post bits would be easier to navigate. Really, it comes down to: how much work do you want to put into this?
