The Signature Thread
This thread is for those of us who want to have a signature larger than 500 characters. We might want to put stuff like "Funny moments in D&D", "Player Characters", etc. in spoilers, taking no more than the maximum vertical space, but still being too large seeing as characters in spoilers still count against the limit. Well, we can link to a post instead, and edit that post as we would a signature. Unlike other similar threads, this thread applies to anything and everything that you'd like in your signature.
Now to keep this thread free of spam and avoid getting it locked, we should have a couple of ground rules. Most importantly no more than 3 posts per person in this thread: the idea is to make a post and edit it as you would your signature, as it will continue to remain on the forum. This allows people to set up their signature nicely but within limits: you might want to give an additional link "Message to recruiting DMs" who might not be interested in a single link of "Your signature". Either way, it should be a good compromise between formatting options and reasonable limits.
Furthermore, please don't make an additional post unless it's actually relevant and necessary. For example, don't post three messages in a row all saying "to be filled later". Post your signature post, and then add posts as necessary, instead of ahead of time: it won't matter to your links whether your posts are one after another in the thread or not.
For those curious, this thread has received moderator approval.
