403 error

I cannot post new posts. I get a message saying:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forums/newreply.php on this server.
Apache/2.2.3 (Red Hat) Server at www.giantitp.com Port 80
This has been going on for around four hours. I was able to edit a post earlier, but now I am getting the same error with editpost.php. I'll be a little surprised if newthread.php lets me post this thread, honestly.

Woo, newthread.php works... I wonder if this problem is limited to the homebrew forum?

EDIT: yes, it seems to be limited somewhat, since it's at least working in this forum. However, I can't reply to anything in the Homebrew forum. I've tried another computer and a clone account, neither work.
