Name: Jackson Helps
Which borough: Jackson Island
Where in city: East Jackson Island
Importance: Low income, though not horribly dangerous as it has a large domestic working force and the area has a high level of pride compared to other slums.
Background: This area was once seperated from the other end of the island and since the creation of the Jackson tunnel many of its inhabitants have found work on the west side of the island in low level jobs.
Known people: people who are known to live in or frequent the area
Notes: Most people only cross the mountains via the tunnel in car or bus. There is a walking path cut into the mountain, but few take it and it is largely seen as a joke. Who wants to be stuck underground for 20 minutes of walking. While there are a number of doors that lead into the road tunnel, its still dangerous.

Name: Fredoug
Which borough: Jackson Island
Where in city: East Jackson island
Importance: This is a large predominantly black slum area
Background: In the center of this neighborhood lies Frederick Douglas Avenue. Early in the cities history, the street was named after the esteemed black writer and former slave Frederick Douglas and attracted many black families and businesses. Unfortunately, that was years ago and the area has fallen into a slum as the more prominent families and businesses left. It is now commonly called Fredoug, a name that many minority rights groups bemoan.
NPC owner:
Known people: Black gangs
Notes: This is a very dangerous area, but was once a home to many of predominant black families in the city. As such "clean the streets" campaigns trying to restore the neighborhood to its glory days are common.
