Okay, I've been working on my own Races for a setting of mine. Particularly ones of Japanese Lore


Kappa
Con+2
Cha-2
Base Land Speed is 30 Feet
Medium
Darkvision: 30 Feet no color
+2 Racial Saving throws against Poison
Hold Breath(EX) A Kappa can hold it's breath for a number of rounds equal to 8 x his constitution score before he risks drowning.
+1 Natural Armor
+2 Racial Bonus on Swim Checks
Water Dependency:A Kappa must submerge his entire body in water at least once in a week or suffer ill effects. After a week has passed a Kappa must make a Constitution Check evfery day thereafter (DC 10+1 per additional day) or take 1 point of Constitution Damage. Once a Kappa immerses his Body in water he immediately regains 1d4 points of Constitution per hour that he remains in the water.
Weapon Familiarity: Kappas treat Lajatangs and as Martial Weapons rather than Exotic Weapons
Favored Class: Druid

Tengu (Karasu)

Tengu
Base Land Speed is 30 Feet
Medium
Wing-Aided Movement +10 racial on jump
Gliding, speed 40
Flight: As Raptoran
+2 Racial Bonus on Sense Motive and Spot Checks
Low Light Vision
A Tengu with a Charisma Score of at least 10
has the following spell-like abilities
1/day Dancing Lights, Message, Prestidigitation, Mage Hand, Know Direction
Favored Class: Wizard

and my own personal variation on the goblin, I find the original to be a bit weak.

Base Land Speed: 20ft
+2 Racial on Survival and Move Silently
+1 Racial Bonus on all Saving Throws
+2 Racial Bonus on Listen Checks
Slight Build
Low Light Vision
Favored Class:Rogue


So are there any Balance Issues?
