I've been playing around with the beta character generator, and I don't quite understand what the invigorating keyword means? Can anyone enlighten me?

if that attack hits a foe, you gain temporary hit points equal to your constitution modifier. This only works, however, if you are trained in endurance.

Invigorating Temp HP stacks with normal HP. Also, Invigorating's temp HP function can only be used once per round.

And just so you know, it is a mechanic that was introduced in Martial Power.
