Stormsorrows are unholy blendings of dead flesh and cold steel, undead animated by both negative energy and electricity. Stormsorrows are always artifically created, made from a patchwork quilt of flesh fused to a metallic framework charged with electricity. Though electricity causes them no true harm, the energy permeating their flesh brings on the constant sensation of pain, causing Stormsorrows to be violent in the extreme, eager to share their agony. Stormsorrows resemble zombies, but their flesh is clearly stitched together from different cadavers. Electricity occasionally crackles on their skin, and metallic odds and ends can be seen poking out through their flesh.

Charged Fists (Su)
A Stormsorrow’s slam attack deals an additional 1d6 points of electricity damage. In addition, with a successful grapple check, a Stormsorrow deals 1d6 points of electricity damage to its grappled foe.

Project Lightning (Su)
As a standard action, a Stormsorrow can fire a ray of electricity. This is a ranged touch attack with a range of 60 ft. A creature struck by the ray takes 3d6 points of electricity damage. It gets a +2 circumstance bonus on attack rolls made to hit creatures wearing metal armor or creatures made of metal with this attack.

Magnetic Cling (Su)
A Stormsorrow can climb up and cling to sheer metallic surfaces as the spider climb spell.

Static Charge (Su)
A Stormsorrow can feed on electricity to power itself. Whenever a Stormsorrow would be take electricity damage, it instead gains a +2 enhancement bonus to Dexterity, a +20 enhancement bonus to its base land speed, and an amount of temporary hp equal to one-third the damage dealt. All these benefits last for 1 round per 10 points of damage that would have been dealt, rounded up.

Creating a Stormsorrow
To create a Stormsorrow, one must first craft the metallic framework serving as its skeleton. Doing so requires 100 gp worth of raw materials and a DC 15 Craft (Metalworking) check. Once the skeleton has been crafted, it must be charged with electricity by having at least 20 points of electricity damage dealt to it within the space of a minute. The creator must then sew flesh taken from at least 6 humanoid corpses onto the framework, requiring a DC 10 Heal or Craft (Sewing) check. Once this is completed, an create undead spell cast by a spellcaster with a caster level of 13th or higher, animates the Stormsorrow.

Cool.

I could see the party fighting one of these on a high metal roof during a heavy thunderstorm.

Rain, low vision, danger of being electrocuted, possibly getting chucked off a roof, and having their opponent only get stronger!
