Sad news. Veteran artist and BBC TV presenter Tony Hart has died at the age of 83.

This guy was a huge inspiration to me as a 80s child and I would probably attribute a lot of my love of art and drawing to this day to him. He had a great way of communicating artistic concepts in a simple way without talking down to kids. I used to love Morph too, although Chas was a bit of a bully. :smallannoyed:

*sniffle* I grew up watching Tony Hart. The man was a genius. As was Morph, obv. Very sad that he's gone, though I know he was ill for a long time and strokes had stopped him from drawing a long time ago, poor man.

I saw the news about Tony Hart yesterday, and it made me sad. I loved Take Hart, and Morph (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMkRybbABuQ).
