im starting a web comic soon and was wondering what the easiest way of getting text in the comic was? thanks in advance.

the box that outlines what your drawing how do you make a custom sized one?

You could try a few rectangles without fill, or use the pen tool to create the outline.

ok I was able to draw my first comic strip but I cant figure out how to convert it to a Jpeg

You export as. Also, I would reccomend using the PNG filetype.
