[Normally I'd post this on the Products forum, but that's now been eliminated.]
Why not offer a combo deal on Dungeon Crawlin' Fools, No Cure for the Paladin Blues, and War and XPs? Yes, it would mean slightly less of a profit margin, but it would also encourage people to buy all three books instead of one or two. I suggest that the combo price be $64.95 normally and $39.95 scratch-and-dent.
If this is done, I'll buy the combo scratch-and-dent as soon as I have a full-time more-than-minimum-wage job and the dollar north of the border is back at par. (I'll probably be able to lift the latter condition if Rich gets a Canadian printer that prices in Canadian dollars, as I've suggested earlier.) So far, all I've been able to afford are Start of Darkness and The Origin of PCs.
