weapon grafts?

Does anyone remember what book this is from? I found it some time ago but for the life of me can't seem to find it again...In case you don't remember the book I remember that I get +1 to attack roll but don't remember the rest of the bonuses and cost.

that's close but not exactly it. It's not a spell rather than an actual graft...kinda like illithid grafts etc. Through surgery one implants a weapon into your flesh...

weapon grafts are in the fiend folio. the restriction they put on it is that they must be made by an illithid, but you can obviously scap that if desired.
