Many a philosopher has compared the intricate layers and infrastructures of the mind to the sublime pattern and structure of crystal–psions and crystal are not associated without reason. The most striking example of this can be found in the Crystal Caryatids, elemental maidens born from a rogue thought that served as a seed crystal, creating their physical forms. Serene and erudite, these elemental princesses are not prone to war–but their wrath, when earned, is terrible. Powerful telepaths, the resonance of their crystalline bodies emanates power psychic energy. Crystal Caryatids resemble humanoid women of young age and great beauty, but their bodies are made entirely of crystal of all colors.

Psionic Seed (Su)
Once per day, a Crystal Caryatid may telepathically transfer a thought-sequence into a creature’s mind, which serves as a “seed crystal” of sorts. As a standard action, it may attempt to insert the psionic seed into the mind of any creature within range of its telepathy. If that creature fails a DC 25 Will save, the thought sequence is implanted to it, and develops in 1d6 rounds. The save is Cha based. This is a mind-affecting ability. Once it has developed, it triggers one of the following effects, determined by the caryatid at the time it uses this ability.
Seed of Desire: A creature afflicted by the seed of desire is charmed for 3d6 days.

Seed of Delirium: A creature afflicted by the seed of delirium is drive insane, as the power, manifester level 14th.

Seed of Despair: A creature afflicted by the seed of despair has its ego crushed, taking 1d8 points of Cha drain.

Seed of Dream: A creature afflicted by the seed of dream is affected as by either the psionic dream or psionic nightmare power the next time it goes to sleep, manifester level 14th. It automatically fails its save against the effect. Both powers are from Hyperconscious.
Psychic Resonance (Ps)
A Crystal Caryatid’s crystalline structure resonates with the psychic auras of all creatures within range of its telepathy. It receives 226 power points each day, but knows no psionic powers. Instead, it can manifest any psionic power known, or usable as a psi-like ability within range of its telepathy. It has a manifester equal to its HD, and it uses its Cha score to determine the maximum level of power it can manifest and the DC of a power it manifests.

Womb of Crystal (Su)
As a standard action, a Crystal Caryatid may bud off a Crysmal from its crystalline structure. The crysmal is completely normal for its kind, and follows all commands from its mother. A Crystal Caryatid may control a single Crysmal per 2 HD.

Wow. Yay for Elementals!

226 powerpoints, AND the ability to use other Psi-likes? doesn't that seem a bit much for CR12?

Well, considering the only powers they get are the ones their enemies or allies bring, I'd say that isn't too bad. Makes them slightly stronger against parties with psionic characters, slightly weaker against those without. Perhaps the pp could be decreased somewhat.
