Other webcomics

This is an initial question before I do something else, or not, as the case may be.

Have a friend with a super-hero-related webcomic. Is it allowable to throw up a URL in a thread and ask people to critique it, or is there a no other webcomics mentioning rule?

Feel free to trade links of your favorites here, or even plug your own."
