The wizard has a lvl 6 Utility to dispel magic. (Called Dispel Magic)

I believe there is a single Daily wizard power that does this, and one Wondrous Item that can also do it.

It also stands to reason that there would be a ritual to dispell the effects of another ritual(if it doesn't exist allready).

Only a limited amount of dispelling is possible. That is, a wizard can (with a reasonable degree of success) remove areas and zones made by enemy casters. You can't counter anything or dispel anything else.

Rituals don't need to be dispelled since most rituals don't really do anything in the first place :smallbiggrin:
