I was wondering if a movie, miniseries, or animated series was made for OOTS who would you want voice acting?
Dan Green (his deep voice) for Roy.
I don't have a actor in mind of Durkon although I'm partial to Rhys Davies.
Mae Whitman for Haley her work as Katara in Avatar has really impressed me.
Ted Lewis as V (if male) if female not sure.
Belkar Church from Red vs Blue
I think the voice for Caboose from above would be great for Elan.

Not his style - he always plays the Senex (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wise_old_man) in every movie and Eugene doesn't fit. I'd go with an "irascible old black man" actor like David Alan Grier or Samuel L. Jackson.
Apart from that, I usually suck at these because I only know the mainstream cinema actors.

true, but it might be nice to see him play against type.
Maybe some of the actors from Heroes?

Genius! Leonard Roberts would make a GREAT Roy.

Roy - Has a noble, soft but slightly deep voice.
Durkon - Has a gruff voice. Although the accent is for comical effect rather then genuine 'dwarvish'. Speaks in an underplayed manner ('lad, I ah... don't think that would be the best thing to do.'), unless kicking ass.
Elan - His voice reflects frivolity and baroque period mozart-style speech. It changes only somewhat when he sings.
Haley - Speaks like a chic teen. Voice is rather high pitched. Growls when she's pissed (there's 'like oh my god' and then there's 'OH MY GOD...').
V - Somewhat low but fair. Also arrogant and reveals the stress inherent in what V supposedly goes through daily. The audience isn't supposed to know whether or not he's male/female, so the voice should still leave some question. Creates an air of asexuality.
Belkar - High in tone. Crackles like tearing leaves ('God dammit!' in association with South Park reflects his tone rather well).
-----------------------------
Or there's also...
Roy - The guy who did Cleaveland in FG.
Durkon - Michael Myers' fat bastard. Not the actor. The killer.
Elan - Bob Saget.
Haley - Sarah Silverman. <--- Which would actually be perfect.
V - Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller. Rotates every now and then.
Belkar - Joe Pesci.

I think NPH might be better suited for Elan.

I'm not sure for spesific actors, but I think a female should voice Vaarsuvius. I thinks he's male, but females can pull off a gender ambiguous voice better than a man can.

I know it's much too decisive given the mystery Vaarsuvius' gender is supposed to be, but ever since OotS #1, I've read his lines with David Ogden Stiers' voice.

Assuming a movie based mostly on "Dungeon Crawling Fools"
Roy: Donald Faison
Haley: Sarah Chalke
Elan/Nale: Zach Braff
Durkon: Billy Connolly
Vaarsuvius: Tilda Swinton
Belkar: Martin Klebba
Xykon: John C. McGinley
Redcloak: Zachary Quinto
Thog: Latrell Spencer
Sabine: Judy Reyes
Hilgya: Meredith Eaton
Voice of MitD: Jason Marsden
Eugene: Samuel L. Jackson
Okay, some of these people work together already on Scrubs. That means they have chemistry. Some are obvious and some, I think, are inspired. The only difficulty I foresee is that Billy Connolly is not dwarf-size.

Mike Myers for Durkon.
Or else...
