Appears as a beautiful mixture between a hawk, and bird of paradise and a dove. It has a strong, streamlined body covered in iridescent white feathers that are so soft and strokeable that one feels the urge to reach out and touch them. They twist and rise, curl and caress the air in beautiful patterns. It's arching tail feathers extends out a stride and ends in curls and perlicues tinged with silver. It's wings are large for it's size and appear highly flexible with long, trailing feathers. It's head is long and tapers to a curving beak of a cheerful rosy hue. In place of eyes two long pinions extend up, trailing lash-like town, and end in spade-shaped feathers of golden hue. It's legs and feet are long and graceful with pinkish flesh color scales and long, splayed toes devoid of claws or talons.

A womeau is a deadly matchmaker of the most horrible kind. It ingratiates itself unto a lonely woman and befriends her, womeau and friend becoming inseparable. It then does all it can to bring another into the life of it's friend. As the friend and her new beau fall in love the womeau lies in wait. When it's friend is bursting with love and affection the womeau drives its beak into her heart. It drains her dry of blood and emotion until no life nor spirit remains. It then takes her form and mates with her lover, draining he to afterward. The womeau reverts later to it's normal form, laying 2-6 leathery snake-like eggs which she dotes upon until hatching, leaving the chicks at the homes of potential young women.

Combat
A womeau is a haughty if flighty competitor. It prefers to attack by surprise, gouging with it's razor-sharp beak in time to a deadly dance.

Attach (Ex): A womeau can may a single sneak attack against it's friend. If successful she impales the heart, dealing 6d6 points of damage and attaches to her.

An attached womeau is effectively grappling its prey. The womeau loses its Dexterity bonus to AC and has an AC of 18, but holds on with great strength. Womeau have a +10 racial bonus on grapple checks (already figured into the Base Attack/Grapple entry above).
An attached womeau can be struck with a weapon or grappled itself. To remove an attached womeau through grappling, the opponent must achieve a pin against the womeau.

Attraction (Ps): Once per day a womeau may use Attraction as the power, usually in regards to her friend and a potential beau (DC 15 will save negates). This attraction lasts 24 hours at which point the womeau must use the ability again. The save DC is Charisma-based.

Blood of my Blood (Ex): An attached womeau deals 1d4 points of Constitution and Charisma drain in any round when it begins its turn attached to it's victim. Once she dies or is drained of her Charisma the womeau can take her physical form. It can alternate between the two forms at will, though True Seeing reveals the avian form. The womeau loses its natural attacks and flight and gains the physical scores of the victim as well as the ability to speak.

Callous Soul (Ex): A womeau is immune to Charm and diplomacy has no affect on it's demeanor. It also gains a +4 bonus against mind-affecting effects.

Reflected Glory (Su): A being that a womeau has bonded with gains a +4 bonus to their Charisma score as long as they are within 5 feet of one another. A womeau may suppress this ability at will.

Spoken From the Heart (Su): A womeau speaks through elaborate empathic projections. This is alike to telepathy out to 60 feet but cannot use words. The womeau also picks up on the emotions of all those in this range and gains a +4 insight bonus on any Bluff, Diplomacy, Intimidate, or Sense Motive checks in regards to those she detects.

Turning A Blind Eye (Su): A womeau is sightless and therefore immune to gaze attacks, blindness and similar.

Wow... That's insidious. As usual, very well done. I don't see anything wrong with it.

Overall, awesome.

Seconded. This is iffy as Chaotic Neutral though. I see that it kills to survive and pass on its brood, but this thing is sentient (12 Int) and lives through cold blooded murder. I would label it Chaotic Evil, m'self.

Any chance of you getting a good artist to illustrate this magnificent plot hook?

Yeah... it's one of those things you got to wonder about alignment-wise. If something has to murder to survive and that's the only reason it does it is it evil...

Meh, 'often chaotic neutral' maybe. Will think on it. Would love to see a pic of it though.

It doesn't have to murder its friend's lover.

It seems weird enough for blindness to be called an ability, but as a supernatural ability, wouldn't that mean something like an antimagic field would make it so it can see?

Wouldn't people learn to recognize womeaus, and guards attack them on sight?

Depends on how common they are and how often people figure out what they are in a given area.
