So I made the Ansatsuken (http://www.giantitp.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=homebrew;action=display;num=11579535 52), and then Mr. Seth made the Saikyou-ryuu Warrior (http://www.giantitp.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=homebrew;action=display;num=11581378 92), so I started thinking, which other Street Fighters would make a cool Prestige Class? Well, here's Dhalsim.

Yoga Firemaster

In the far reaches of a little known mountain range stands a remote monastary to the honor of "the God of Purifying Flame". Its monks practice many traditions that set them apart from other monks- among them, a daily regimen of yoga exercises and spiritual meditation. The Purifying Flame has in turn blessed them with a gift: a brilliant red chili plant. The monks who eat the chilies that grow on this plant find their divine fervor strengthened, their abilities augmented, and they also gain a strange new power- the ability to attack with the might of the Flame itself...

Breath Weapon

At 1st level, a Yoga Firemaster learns to use his connection to the Purifying Flame to release fire from his mouth. This is a breath weapon. He may use a version of this breath weapon once every 1d4 rounds.

Yoga Fire

Begninning at 1st level, the Yoga Firemaster may use his breath weapon to release a small blast of flame into the air. This blast behaves as a ray attack with a maximum range of 30 ft., and unlike most breath weapons, the Yoga Firemaster must succeed on a ranged touch roll. On a hit, a Yoga Fire deals 1d6 fire damage per Yoga Firemaster level.

Yoga Flame

Beginning at 5th level, the Yoga Firemaster may use his breath weapon to release a widely spread blast of flames. This works the same as a typical breath weapon. The attack is a 20 ft. cone, and deals 1d6 fire damage per Yoga Firemaster level (Reflex DC (10 + 1/2 Character level) halves).

Yoga Inferno

This is the most powerful technique a Yoga Firemaster can achieve. At 10th level, once per day, the Yoga Firemaster may use his breath weapon to breathe a long, continuous spout of flame. This works the same as a typical breath weapon. The attack is a 30 ft. line, and deals 15d6 fire damage (Reflex DC (10 + 1/2 Character level) halves).

Extend Limbs

Through extended practice of yoga, a Yoga Firemaster's body becomes extremely flexible and elastic, enabling him to stretch his limbs seemingly impossible distances and attack before his opponents can react. At 2nd level, the Yoga Firemaster's reach increases by 5 ft. when he makes an unarmed attack. At 6th level, this increases to 10 ft., and at 9th level, this increases to 15 ft. However, attacks made using this additional reach take a -2 penalty on the attack roll for every extra 5 ft. beyond an ordinary character's maximum reach. Also, the Yoga Firemaster may not apply Flurry of Blows to an attack made through this extended reach.

Purified Body

At 3rd level, a Yoga Firemaster gains a mysterious purity of body. He gains a +6 bonus to saves against poisons and all types of diseases (including supernatural and magical diseases) and resistance to fire 25.

Yogic Flight

At 4th level, a Yoga Firemaster discovers a Yoga technique that enables the user to levitate and fly at will. By focusing as a standard action (that provokes an attack of opportunity), the Yoga Firemaster can begin to fly (speed 10 ft., good manueverability). However, this is different from typical flight in several ways. The Yoga Firemaster holds his body in a lotus position during flight, and cannot make any attacks. The Yoga Firemaster must continue concentrating to maintain this flight, and any attacks require the Yoga Firemaster to make a Concentration Check or immediately fall to the ground. As soon as the Yoga Firemaster stops concentrating, he ceases flying and must perform another standard action focusing to fly again.

Purifying Flame

At 7th level, the Yoga Firemaster gains a greater awareness of the purifying nature of fire. His breath weapons are treated as good-aligned for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction. He may also choose to use any of his breath weapons in a "purified form", which deals an extra 5d6 damage to creatures with evil alignment, and does not harm friends or those with good alignment.

Greater Yoga

At 8th level, a Yoga Firemaster gains a mysterious ability to alter his physical state while in a state of yogic meditation. Once in a state of yoga flight, the Yoga Firemaster may become ethereal (as per the spell ethereal jaunt) for one round per level of Yoga Firemaster each day. He may go ethereal on a number of different occasions during any single day, as long as the total number of rounds spent in an ethereal state does not exceed his Yoga Firemaster level. Also, three times per day, he may "hop" through the astral plane, travelling up to 50 ft. as if using the dimension door spell (though he may not bring others with him). Finally, if the Yoga Firemaster hovers within a continuous flame, he regains 1 hp per round.

Bonus Languages

A Yoga Firemaster’s bonus language options include Celestial and Ignan. These choices are in addition to the bonus languages available to the character because of his race.

Multiclass Note: A Monk who becomes a Yoga Firemaster may continue advancing as a Monk.
