A reflection demon has no true form, changing from moment to moment as it moves, reflecting the evil around it. It's eyes though are as dark mirrors, with whatever it sees repeated endlessly within.

Reflection demons hail from horrible realms of the Abyss, often where great heat and pressure have formed natural gems of horrible beauty, often from the charred remains of untold millions of petitioners and other unfortunates. The evil of the plane reflected in infinite facets and from it stepped the reflection demons, a mind shattered but brilliant as a dropped jewel.

A reflection demon has no weight as such. It stands up to 12 feet high. It speaks Abyssal, Common and a particularly vile form of Nerrah.

Combat
A reflection demon, though not cowardly, prefers to torture, possess and abduct from it's palace, trapping the souls to grow upon. If forced however it leaps with crazed abandon, seeming to slash a thousand ways at once until nothing is left but a stain.

A reflection demon's natural weapons, as well as any weapons it wields, are treated as chaotic-aligned and evil-aligned for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction.

Cursed Reflection (Su): A reflection demon can curse an individual at will who has looked into his mirror. They must succeed on a DC 25 will save or be able to be watched by the demon though any reflective surface, be it a mirror, polished metal or even off water. The save DC is Charisma-based.

The soul of any being the demon kills through the powers of reflection becomes trapped in his realm, forever tortured by the demon. For every two souls taken the demon's HD increases by 1.

Dominion Over the Mirror (Ex): A reflection demon can repair any damage to a mirror as a standard action. As well, as long as he concentrates on a mirror, or mirrors if within twenty feet of one another, it cannot be harmed by mundane means. Only a +1 weapon or better can harm it, as well as magical damage.

Possession: A reflection demon can possess a single being once per day (see Demonic Possession, Fiendish Codex I, p. 21) that it has dominated and is within 10 feet of a medium-sized mirror it can see through. A possessed being's reflection in a mirror shows it for what it truly is. It may possess a mirrored object, but not a body of liquid, at will, and enters it physically. A reflection demon is particularly difficult to exorcise, and must be surrounded by mirrors before the necessary spells or abilities can be used.

A being possessed by a reflection demon is automatically affected as if by the *Abyssal Frenzy and Spider Climb spell as long as they are possessed.

Power of Image (Ex): Three times per day a reflection demon can attempt to take over the mirror body of another creature which acts alike to the Dominate Monster spell if they fail a DC 25 will save. The demon however can cause them to do things they would not normally do, including killing themselves, often in horrible ways. The save DC is Charisma-based.

If the being the demon dominated leaves an area of which it can see the dominated being's reflection is still dominated and acts as an invisible, intangible version of the dominated being. They may perform any physical action the dominated being is capable of, such as pick things up, attack, grapple, and has the same strength score.

Reflective Spell Resistance (Su): A reflection demon has a special kind of spell resistance that causes any targeted spell it successfully it resists to bounce off and reflect at the caster. The caster becomes either the spell's target or the point of origin for the spell's effect, as appropriate. In addition, a reflection demon is immune to gaze attacks, and such an effect is reflect back to its origin.

Rend (Ex): A reflection demon that hits with two claw attacks latches onto the opponent’s body and tears the flesh. This attack automatically deals an extra 2d6+14 points of damage.

Soulshaped (Ex): A reflection demon that is transformed in any way may resume it's original form on it's turn the next round as a standard action.

Spell-like Abilities: Caster level 17th. Save DC's are Charisma-based.
At will - Keen Edge, Shout, Prestidigitation
3/day - Blink, False Vision, Greater Shout, Magic Jar, Phantasmal Killer, Veil
1/day - *Abyssal Frenzy

* Fiendish Codex I

True Seeing (Su): Reflection demons have a continuous true seeing ability, as the spell (caster level 17th).

Wounding (Ex): A reflection demon's natural weapons act as if they had the Wounding special quality.
