Can't seem to read the number on V's pre-approval letter. Can anyone make it out?

Hm .... if it's first class, then that means it would be forwarded if V was no longer there. :smallbiggrin: If it had been presorted standard, which is bulk mail, it would have been marked "N.O.V." for 'no obvious value,' and discarded if V had left. :smallwink: Clearly, the Dark Powers are after that elf to the extent where they've even researched the best mailing rate to use to maximize their chance of success.
