Anyone else see a similarity to the owl post? I mean, look at the address. Reminiscent of letters to "Harry Potter, cupboard under the stairs..."

The problem with the comparison is that V is in one location and there is only one letter.

That's only because no one tried to stop v from receiving it. I'd imagine that had V not received this and moved to a new location, more letters would have come.

Kinda the same way you keep getting more and more junk mail and they always find you even after you move and don't forward...
