I tried searching the forum to see if this had been mentioned before but it isn't liking me today so, forgive me if this is old news.
I stumbled across this little program today called "4e Power Toolkit" and you can find it here (http://www.playwrite-blog.net/). It allows you to easily create/fill out powers, classes and power cards with races to be added at some point. You can only export to an HTML file for now but .pdf support is going to be added. It's still in beta but looks pretty good so far.
I thought you 4e homebrew types might like to take a look at it.
