Need help [Races]

Submitted for review and advice.

both of these races are going for +0 LA and I am not wanting to do racial progression as suggested by Savage Species.

Minotaurs:
+4 Str, -2 Dex, -2 Int, -2 Cha.
Medium Sized
Speed-20ft.
Natural Attack- Gore
+2 Racial bonus on Intimidate and Search checks
Powerful Build.
RP limitations: Almost never Chaotic in alignment
Favored Class: Fighter

Lizardfolk:
+2 Dex, +2 Con, -2 Int, -2 Cha
Medium Sized
Speed 30ft.
Natural AC +1
+2 Racial Bonus on Swim and Survival checks.
RP limitations: Almost never Lawful in alignment, also almost never a class that is urban-based.
Favored Class: Ranger

Well they look pretty good except they both currently look like underpowered +1 LA's the minotaur gets a +4 to the stat he'll be using all the time, gets a natural attack, and powerful build, all of these are condusive to abusing a fighter in combat. the lower speed helps but doesn't drop it enough. so i'd drop the STR bonus to +2 give him 30 ft speed and drop either powerful build or the natural attack

as for the lizardfolk natural AC is not good for a +0 LA if you just drop that it should be good if you dont want to lose that however drop one of the stat bonuses and that would probably balance it.

Im no expert but thats what i see so if anyone with more experience wants to help or see if what i suggested is good just pop on in.
