Undertide Infiltrator

Undertide Infiltrators are the spies of the depths, the assassins of the waves. Though their abilities pale on land, beneath the water they are almost unrivaled in their mastery of stealth and strike. Many evil Undertide Infiltrators fancy themselves assassins, and sell their services to the highest bidder, while others merely use their talents in defense of their homeland. The first Undertide Infiltrators were from the sahuagin tribes, with many malenti being trained as infiltrators. However, aquatic elves, merfolk, darfellan, and other aquatic races have learned the arts of the infiltrator.

Hit Die: d6.

Requirements
To qualify to become an Undertide Infiltrator, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.
Feats: Dodge, Mobility, Swim-By Attack (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/cgi-bin/feats.pl?Swim-by_Attack,Sto)
Skills: Hide 10 ranks, Move Silently 10 ranks
Special: Sneak Attack +4d6
Special: Must have a swim speed

Class Skills
The Undertide Infiltrator’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Bluff (Cha), Craft (Int), Escape Artist (Dex), Gather Information (Cha), Hide (Dex), Intimidate (Cha), Jump (Str), Knowledge (Geography) (Int), Listen (Wis), Move Silently (Dex), Profession (Wis), Search (Int), Sense Motive (Wis), Sleight of Hand (Dex), Spot (Wis), Swim (Str), and Tumble (Dex).
Skill Points at Each Level: 6 + Int modifier.

Class Features
All the following are class features of the Undertide Infiltrator prestige class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency
Undertide Infiltrators gain proficiency with the aquatic crossbow, aquatic longbow, and cutlass, all from Stormwrack. However, they do not gain any additional armor proficiencies.

Flow with the Tide (Ex)
A Undertide Infiltrator can move with the current to minimize the effect of blows he suffers. While immersed in water, he gains DR 1/- against all attacks made by the creature he has designated as the target of his Dodge feat. The DR granted increases by one at every subsequent odd level.

Hide in Plain Sight (Su)
An Undertide Infiltrator can use the Hide skill even while being observed. As long as he is submersed in a body of water, an Undertide Infiltrator can hide himself from view in the open without anything to actually hide behind.

Sneak Attack (Ex)
At 2nd level, and each subsequent even level, an Undertide Infiltrator’s sneak attack increases by 1d6.

Suffocating Strike (Ex)
Whenever a 3rd level Undertide Infiltrator successfully sneak attacks a creature, he may choose to reduce the sneak attack damage dealt by 2d6. If he does, the creature struck must make a Fortitude save, DC 10 + the infiltrator’s class level + the infiltrator’s Dex modifier, or have the breath expelled from his body, causing his breathing to be disrupted for one round per class level. Each round, the creature must make another save or black out, causing it to fall to 0 hp and become disabled. Alternatively, the creature may take a standard action to gasp for breath, removing the need for a save. Each round, the save DC increases by 1, until the creature gasps for breath, at which time the DC reverts to its base value.

Aquatic Blitzkrieg (Ex)
When a 5th level Undertide Infiltrator moves and attacks with the Swim-By Attack feat, he may make two, rather than one, attacks, the first at his highest base attack bonus and the second at his second highest. At 9th level, he may make an additional attack at his third highest bonus.

Vortex Shroud (Su)
While immersed in a body of water, an 7th level Undertide Infiltrator is constantly surround by a swirling current of water, which grants him concealment and a 20% miss chance.

Leviathan Strike (Ex)
Whenever a 10th level Undertide Infiltrator successfully sneak attacks an enemy in a round in which he moves and attacks with the Swim-By Attack feat, the sneak attack damage dealt on the first attack attack is doubled.
