Are there any PrCs or alternate class features that give Flurry of Blows without taking levels in Monk?

Prestige Class; Exotic Weapon Master can take flurry of blows for their chosen exotic weapon.

According to the handy, handy Lists of Stuff (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=662842), Monk & Shou Disciple [UE] are the only classes granting actual Flurry. Many classes advance it though. And there're many Flurry-like abilities, such as the mentioned Exotic Weapon Master's ability, Snap Kick from ToB, Whirling Frenzy-ACF for Barbarian from Unearthed Arcana, etc.

I'm not sure it's all that clear if Shou Disciple gives flurry. The PrC assumes 3.0 monks still have the two separate BABs. Flurry isn't a requirement for getting into the PrC, though. At 3rd, Shou Disciple gets:

"Martial Flurry (Ex): At 3rd level, a Shou disciple gains the ability to use any light melee weapon for his flurry of blows, not just special monk weapons. At 5th level, the Shou disciple may use any melee weapon for his flurry of blows."

Not sure it's worth nitpicking about, though. Assuming your DM allows it, you could put together a decent Monk-like Substitute in six levels:

Battledancer 1/Warblade 2/Shou Disciple 3

You've got monk's unarmed strike, Cha to AC, flurry with a light weapon (gauntlets if need be), and some manuevers to toss around on the battlefield. If ToB isn't your thing, take two levels of fighter instead for the two bonus feats monks normally get. Add Fist of the Forest for better unarmed damage. Add a level of Holy Liberator or Pious Templar, and then finish off with 10 levels of Sacred Fist.

There's another PrC that does give flurry exactly as a monk: Disciple of the Eye, in Races of the Dragon. Unfortunately, it has the same drawbacks as monk: must be lawful, mediocre BAB, useless class abilities.
