With this recent plot development of V accepting a deal in #634, and with Durkon generally out of the spotlight since his meeting a female dwarf cleric hundreds of strips ago, it seems logical fulfilling his oracle would be one way to do it.

Regarding V, here's hoping he gains Ultimate Arcane Power™ and a fantastic new form. <whistles Starman theme>

given that his "how do I return home?" was answered with "posthumously" I kinda hope Durkon does not get it fulfilled too soon.

Given that Durkon's home appeared very snowy in Origin (could have been winter) I suspect it may be connected to Kraagor's Gate.
