This class, like the hammerfist, is mainly intended as an NPC prestige class. I am not sure how it would work for a PC; it would probably prove to be underpowered.

Elf of the Silvermoon and Sylvenwoods

The name is an literal translation of the original old elvish word that named this organisation. Legend has it that the Elves of Moon and Wood descended from an ancient druidic group that was led by an treant. All elves who hold up to the test are welcome, but other races are shunned and can only join with an mandate from a sylvan god.

For instance, you may not fast trance and mage trance together to get spells after 2 hours of rest.

You can avoid obstacles that require fighting or planning and can pass easily passable hills or rivers. You cannot perform any action that require thought or concentration and you cannot talk or respond to anything from outside without breaking you trance. If you do, all normal rules apply.

It needs more power. This class will not stand up to even the basic core classes.

Personally, I would allow partial progression in whatever previous class the character had, so a fighter would keep getting bonus feats - ranger/favored enemy, paladin/smite + lay on hands, wizard/spellcaster levels.

I would use this prestige class if that were the case.
