It seems that every character is destined to gain some serious visual reworking/upgrade (usually connected to their development).

It began with Elan that left his traditional bardic costume for something more serious (adopting a prestige class in order to save Haley).

Haley seemed to get cool new ninja outfit (perhaps gained a prestige class while leading a asian-styled terrorist/resistance group? perhaps just a visual reaction to her recent plot development?) which had to be changed back between 569-570 due to... an accident, but now she has, due to another accident, significantly shorter hair.

Now, obviously, Vaarsuvius has undergone a significant visual upgrade due to his ascension/descension/whatever which leaves question what it will look like after it wears off (and supposedly after V undergoes hir part of the bargain...) but it seems at least some changes can be permanent.

Now there are two characters with another significant development - Roy (having died and probably going to be resed - with important moments in the afterlife) and Belkar (embracing his duty to his inner Belkar), yet no visual mark seem at hand (well except that apparent xykonification of Roy which I somehow refuse to count). Perhaps for Belkar it is his new animal companion Mr.Scruffy (the wiener is dead probably)?

And there is Durkon of course whose character is as of yet unmarked...

So what will become of them to keep pace of the growing badassery of the rest of the team?
