Note- These races are designed to scale with the D20 Revolution Races and Classes


Drowned Ones
+2 Dex, -2 Con, +2 Int, -2 Cha +2 Wis
Drowned Elves are swift in both body and mind, but their bodies are weak and deformed from generations in the dank caverns of the Deep Seas.
Swim 40, Walk 15
Blindsight 40
Resist 5 cold
DR 1/fire +1 additional DR every 3 levels
Underwater Breathing
When outside of water for more than eight hours a day, a Drowned Elf is considered Fatigued
If a drowned one is in direct sunlight for more than eight hours a day, it takes 1d4 Con damage
A drowned one gains a sonic attack that deals 1d6 sonic damage in a cone + 1d6 per two character levels. It has a range of 10' + 5' per three character levels. The DC for a Reflex save against it is equal to 10 +Level +Wis modifier
Natural Talent- A drowned one has a small pool of reserve energy they may tap into daily. A drowned one has one charge per two class levels, minimum one. A charge may be spent to cast one of the following spells as an immediate action or to power a feat with the [Drow] or [Elf] descriptor: dancing lights, darkness, faerie fire. Caster level equals the drowned one's class levels.
Racial Weapon Proficiency- A drowned one is automatically proficient with the Trident, Longspear and Net and may treat any weapon with the [Drow] Descriptor as a Martial weapon
Favored Class- Rogue


Peregains
+2 Dex: Female/ +2 Str: Male, +2 Wis, -2 Cha
Vestigial Wings- A Peregain has a pair of vestegial wings, which give it the following advantages and disadvantages. +10 to jump checks, concealment when not attacking, +5 to fly checks*. 10% failure on spells with Somatic components, -1 penalty on attacks if not using masterwork or better weapons, Vulnerable
Distance Vision- A Peregain has double the normal vision range, gains +5 to spot checks and +1 to attack rolls at further than fifty feet, doubles the range in precision attacks such as Sneak Attack. But, a Peregain cannot read script without specialized glasses, gets -5 to spot checks and -1 to attack rolls at closer than twenty feet and search checks.
Natural Talent- A Peregain has a small pool of reserve energy they may tap into daily. A Peregain has one charge per three class levels, minimum one. A charge may be spent to power a feat with the [Peregain] descriptor or to activate one of the following abilities:
