The real names of Redcloak and Right-Eye [SoD spoilers]

So, um... Yeah, this is another theory thread, this time about Redcloak's (and Right-Eye's) real name. We know these aren't their real names, right? But we know that in SoD Right-Eye named his sons Ridiziak and Eriaxnikol. So maybe he named them after himself and his Big Brother?

Thoughts?

I'm more inclined to think that the children's names were included to give readers an idea of what the brothers' names might be, rather than what they are.

In other words, the Giant was saying "this is what a goblin's name looks like in OotS-land."
