This PrC is just something I whipped up in a few minutes when I was inspired by Luircin's Topic title. So thanks for the inspiraton :D

Hells daggers are a wicked organization dedicated to powerful devils and lawful evil gods. They have several headquarters around the world but the head is in a town near the center of the world lead by a powerful leader, a powerful magician by the name of Lucius De Vorian (evoker 10/rogue 5/hell's dagger 5). The association is infamous for it's organized crime and diabolical blood sacrifices.

Requirements
Alignment: Lawful Evil
Skills: Spellcraft 2 ranks, Knowledge (religion or arcana) 2 ranks, Bluff 8 ranks, Hide 8 ranks, Move silently 8 ranks
Feats: Disciple of Darkness, Evil Brand
Special: Must have devoted one's soul to the forces of hell and thier loyalty to the Hell's Dagger guild with a starting guild fee of 200gp. And must be able to make sneak attacks.

Class skills: Concentration (Con), Bluff (Cha), Intimidate (Cha), Diplomacy (Cha), Hide (Dex), Move Silently (Dex), Spellcraft (Int), Knowledge (religion, the planes, arcana) (Int), Sense Motive (Wis), Tumble (Dex), Climb (Str), Jump (Str), Swim (Str), Profession (Wis), Disable Device (Int), Open Lock (Int), Search (Int), Spot (Wis) and Listen (Wis)

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Hell's Daggers Gain proficiency with all simple and one-handed and light martial weapons. They do not gain proficiency with any armor or shields.

Diabolical Edge (Su): Beginning at first level, a Hell's dagger makes thier sneak attacks through the profane powers of the Nine Hells of Baator. All the sneak attack damage is corrupt damage, meaning it is not subject to damage reduction or to any kind of energy resistance. Creatures immune to or resistant to critical hits or sneak attacks have immunity or resistance to diabolical edge sneak attacks. Creatures with protection from evil cast upon them take half damage from Diabolical Edge sneak attacks.

Guild Member (Ex): As a member of the Hell's Daggers, you are part of a huge secret evil organization dedicated to profane gods and powerful devils. Each month you pay a fee of 50 gp and must spend at least one day a month working at the guild headquarters. If they skip out on any of this the dark lords of hell notice your laziness or betrayal and you lost all your powers this class provided to you for one month and you give an entire week of your services to the guild and pay 500gp. If six months of no work is provided to your guild then you are attacked in your sleep by 4d6 kytons and a pit fiend. Once this class is taken it is impossible to multiclass out of it until all ten levels are gained.

Spells: A Hell's Dagger gains the ability to cast spells as a wizard with spells per day noted on the chart above. They learn spells at each level just as a Wizard does but may only learn spells of the Evocation, Necromancy and Abjuration Schools. They must have an Intelligence score of 10+spell level to cast spells of each level, for example 11 Int for 1st level spells, 12 Int for 2nd level spells and so on. The saving throw DC's are based on intelligence as are extra spells per day. Unlike normal wizards Hell's Daggers can cast thier spells in light armor. This only counts for thier spell list and if they have the ability to cast arcane spells from other classes the ability to cast spells in light armor is not transfered unless already capable.

Sneak Attack (Ex): Just as the rogue ability described in the Players Hand Book.

From Hell's heart I stab at thee! (Su): Twice per day, a Hell's dagger can make a sneak attack against a creature that grinds away at thier very soul. The damage for the sneak attack does full possible damage plus 50% more damage. For example, Tordin the black makes a sneak attack using from hell's heart I stab at thee deals 4d6 extra damage with his sneak attack and uses a shortsword. So his attack does 45 sneak attack damage, including shortsword damage. Also, when someone suffers damage from this attack they must make a fort save (DC 10 + Hell's Dagger level + Int modifier) or be confused for as many rounds as thier attacker has Hell's Dagger levels.

Cloak of Hellfire (Su): At 9th level, Hell's daggers can wreath themselves in a cloak of diabolical hellfire for as many rounds per day as twice thier Hell's Dagger level. The rounds it is activated for does not need to happen all at once and can be activated and deactivated as a free action. This cloak deals 2d6 points of unholy damage to adjacent foes to the hell's dagger and gives them the effect of a Blur spell cast by a 14th level wizard. This dark red fire has no effect on hide or move silently checks. It can be dispelled but is reactivatable as a free action on the Hell's Dagger's turn.

Ex-Daggers: Should a Hell's dagger ever betray thier organization or become anything but Lawful Evil they lose all supernatural powers and spells provided by this class. But they retain proficiencies, HD, BAB saves and skill points. But they tend not to live long after thier betrayal.

Really freaking sweet. This would make a great coupling with Assassin. Only this is more evil. Really nice.

I have a noob question here one that I know but want to ask..sayyyy rouge/assasin/this class or whatever prereqs require you to do..all sneak attack abilitys stack with each other right?

edit: love the class too.

yes, all sneak attack damage stacks, for rogues, assassins, hell's daggers and anything else that grants sneak attack damage (aswell as skirmish and sudden strike)
