Need some help building a Doubly

Well for those of you following my current problem you know I need a new character. The DM contacted me and thought it would be kind of neat to try a doubly out since, well, they are kinda odd. A doubly for those that don't know is a class that progresses both classes and can tend to get somewhat strong through trickery, which i love! So the party is already kind of evil so Ur-Priest immediatly popped into my mind. So right now I have come up with something like this:

The divine oracle will push the bard casting to qualify for SC. The DM ruled that Prescient sense could count towards evasion. This will net me 10th level Ur-Priest castin, 10th level sublime chord casting, some decent bard casting.

I could greatly use help filling feats out. All books are available though, no dungeon/dragon magazine, and no flaws. This build will be 9-21.
