Quick Question: Wealth-by-Level and Spell Costs (3.5)

I did a quick google search but I didn't find this... Of course, I may just suck at looking. :smallredface:

Just wondering where I can find the 3.5 wealth-by-level guidelines, ideally both that for PCs and the one for NPCs. Additionally, if anyone can find the quick formula for determining how much an NPC spellcaster charges, that'd be fantastic too. Thanks!

Thanks. However, is there anywhere online I can find accurate wealth-by-level? My DM's guide I forgot at home and won't have access to for a few weeks. :smallfrown:
