The creature is reminiscent of an imp, but he is colored differently. He has dragonfly wings, a long orange tail with a sting on the end, and four froglike limbs. His eyes are bizarrely large, he has a doglike nose, and a large orange V on his forehead.

Thelonius is a strange little creature with an appetite for power and secrets. He spends his days advising powerful leaders and wizards on polotics and magic. He can be a very useful ally, but isn't amazingly dangerous in an armed confrontation. He sometimes wanders around the countryside, selling his spells or insights for food. If he isn't accompanying someone, he may be tempted to join forces with someone, especially a wizard or sorcerer if they seem to be interesting.

Thelonius is 3 feet tall and weighs 50 pounds. Gorl speaks Common, Undercommon, Draconic, Elven, and Orcish with a high, squeaky voice.

Combat
Thelonius avoids combat, unless he has decided to assassinate someone, which he will do, but very carefully. If attacked he will prefer to fly away, and maybe attack his aggressors with magic from the air. If he is in danger he will escape as fast as possible.

Poison: Injury DC 15, sleep, 1d6 Con

Spells: Thelonius is as good at arcane magic as a level 3 enchanter.
