Ok, using the default rules with these adjusted modifiers (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ebds/20040712a) and trying to figure out the default Warrior population of Sharn (pop. 200,000), I came up with this:
3 15th level Warriors
6 8th level Warriors
12 4th level Warriors
24 2nd level Warriors
10000 1st level Warriors
However, by reading the end of the above url:
in communities that are centers of commerce and craft, determine the highest-level NPC normally. The community will have twice as many characters of that class who are two levels below this level (11, 9, 7...), and twice as many 1st-level characters as 2nd-level characters.
Then I figured it out we should have:
3 15th level Warriors
6 13th level Warriors
12 11th level Warriors
24 9th level Warriors
48 7th level Warriors
96 5th level Warriors
192 3rd level Warriors
10000 1st level Warriors
Is this sound?
Thanks in advance.
