Here's two feats i've had bouncing round me brain. no idea how balanced they are.

Extra Training Prerequisite: Must have a class ability useable a limited number of times per day, cannot be a spell.

benifit: you gain 2 extra uses per day of any class ability limited by uses per day that is not a spell

Special: you cannot take this feat multiple times for the same ability, but it stacks with feats such as extra rage or extra stunning

Speed Spell (metamagic)

prerequisite: quicken spell

benifit: any spell this is applied to has the casting time reduced by one step full-round--> standard --> move-->swift. This can apply only to spells with no more than a full round casting time, nor can spontaneous casters benifit from it. It does not affect spells with a swift action casting time. This causes the spell to use up a slot 2 levels higher than normal. Casting a speeded spell still provokes an attack of oppertunity.

Thoughts?

Speed Spell

Even if it does require Quicken Spell to have, it's quite a bit better than Quicken Spell, yet only uses up a spell slot two slots higher than normal. Quicken Spell uses up a slot four higher than normal.

Extra Training

Sounds pretty good. Perhaps a bit underpowered for higher level characters, but it's good.

Also, Remove Disease (paladin ability) is usable a certain amount of times per week. Perhaps there should be a part that adds usages to abilities like this as well?

Extra Training is unnecessary. There aren't any balance issues, but there's already a specific feat for every single class ability usable X/day.

Speed Spell....

I'd take away the provoking AoO bit and add some ranks in Concentration to the prerequisites... given that quicken spell costs 4 extra spell levels, no-one gets any use out of it until 7th level. That means that no-one hould use this feat until at least 9th level. So, at least 12 ranks in Concentration, and maybe require a few ranks in the appropriate Knowledge skill (arcana for wizards, religion for clerics, nature for druids).

How is speed spell better than quicken? Just because it only boosts the spell 2 levels?

Speed Spell would equal Action -> Move, which allows two spells in a single round at the cost of movement, but for only 2 levels higher it's well worth it.

It's even Quicken + Speed = Full Round -> Swift for 6 level hike.
