A bit of an Easy homebrew. This allows DM's to use the classes for monsters before official templates are released. Tell me what you think.

Avenger
Power Source: Divine
Avenger............Elite Skirmisher
Defenses +1 Fortitude, +1 Reflex, +1 Will
Saving Throws +2
Action Point 1
Hit Points +8 per level + Constitution Score
Weapon Proficiency Simple melee, Military melee, simple ranged
Armor Proficency Cloth
Trained Skills Religion plus one other skill from the Avenger class list
Class Features Armor of Faith, Avenger's Censure, Channel Divinity, Oath of Enmity
Implement Holy Symbol

Barbarian
Power Source: Primal
Barbarian................Elite Brute
Defenses +2 Fortitude
Saving Throws +2
Action Point 1
Hit Points +10 per level + Constitution Score
Weapon Proficiency Simple melee, Military melee
Armor Proficency Cloth, Leather, Hide
Trained Skills Two trained skills from Barbarian's skill list
Class Features Barbarian Agility, Feral Might, Rage strike, Rampage

Bard
Power Source: Arcane
Bard................Elite Skirmisher (Leader) (Not entirely sure here)
Defenses +1 Reflex, +1 Will
Saving Throws +2
Action Point 1
Hit Points +8 per level + Constitution Score
Weapon Proficiency Simple melee, Longsword, scimitar, short sword, simple ranged, military ranged
Armor Proficency Cloth, Leather, Hide, chainmail, light shield
Trained Skills Arcana plus one skill from the Bard Skill list.
Class Features Bardic Training, Bardic Virtue, Majestic Word, Multiclass Versatility, Skill Versatility, Song of Rest, Words of Friendship

Druid

Very nice job! I agree that the leaders are hard to place, but if you're not sure, then try what they did with the Vampire template. For example, bards should be (IMHO) Skirmisher (Leader) OR Controller (Leader) [Valor and Trickster Bards respectively].
