and I found it here. Take a look at this (http://www.slide.com/r/UKNM8vG43j8sgC6MSClf1USi_4LhSnbS?previous_view=TIC KER&previous_action=TICKER_ITEM_CLICK&ciid=2954361355791659182) character portrait of Kyrre (very similar, no?) from Heroes of Might and Magic III.
And in the game, (http://www.heroesofmightandmagic.com/heroes3/heroesrampart.shtml) Kyrre's specialty is logistics, meaning that she (for that's how the character is IDed, looks androgyn to me) gets a bonus for movement.

Meh. The only thing really going for this is the name. The hair is different, and that's really Kyrie's only distinguishing feature; she's not a ranger and she's shown no aptitude for logistics. The biography doesn't fit either.

Personally, I was reminded of this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IyAbtjSKhJc&fmt=18).

Hopefully, Kyrie won't get a "Kyrie" sung for him. :smallamused:

Kyrie actually reminds me of Elan, just with different hair. The look seems to be alot like what Elan does for his facial expressions and such. And I know it is a stick figure, but most don't seem so much like each other to me as does Elan and Kyrie.
just my 2cp

Yeah, I was just debating: is it "Kih-ree-ay" as in "Kyrie Elison" or "Ki-ree" as in "Eyrie" or "Ki walk wit' chou?"

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is thinking too deep.

Beware, fundamentalists will want to neuter you for doing that.

My first thought was the song Kyrie by Mr. Mister..

The youtube link didn't work for me though, so you might've meant that one already.. :smalltongue:

So basically it's just the name, because I don't see where logistics and bonus to movement have been shown in the comic.

Names are going to be repeated in fiction, it's that or start stringing random letters together.

Also Kyrie Eleison means "Lord have mercy". Perhaps I'm stretching it here, but that could be a subtle reference to Kyrie forgiving Vaarsuvius and leading to hir redemption.

Or it could just be a cool name.

That is now her official theme song. Read the recent strips with that playing, and it all just comes together. :smalltongue:

Apparently, I managed to post a broken link in my last post, so I went and fixed it.

And Requiem-Kyrie certainly fits the recent strips. :smallcool:

Perhaps Kyrie will have mercy on V, since most likely s/he needs to shape up before the gods do.

Personally, as soon as I saw her profession I was reminded of Sluggy Freelance's Muffin the Vampire Baker.

Wow, they look nothing alike.
