Looking for a class or prestige class appropriate for an Orc based around Voodoo. I've read some of the threads posted previously and am looking for something not focused solely on undead.
Any thoughts?

Check Heroes of Horror for something called (approximately) the Dread Witch. It's mostly fear effects, but it's the closest I've found to a bokor.

I find it's easier to repurpose a cleric. Change the Turn Undead into something else like Voodoo doll (which you'll have to get homebrewed) or any other official alternative that fits your idea. Voila. Healing, poison-y debuffs in the mid levels and a religious feel that you can base around a new pantheon.

I've got a Bokor in my Homebrew portfolio below, but the consensus seems to be that it's too wordy. Feel free to peruse and judge for yourself.

I homebrewed a Voodoo Practitioner prestige class (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=3981528&postcount=161) a while back for the Swampgas project here on the boards. I'm pretty happy with it, so you might take a look at that. You might or might have to change the Craft (Folk Magic) (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=3981485&postcount=157) requirements and stuff though, depending on whether you'd want to use that homebrew material, too. I'd suggest replacing it with Alchemy or something similar if you decided not to use it.

You could try some form of Truenaming homebrew, like the one by Kellus.

Just have the quality of their name represented by the quality of features on the Voodoo Doll you make of them.

The_Glyphstone homebrewed up a fun looking Witch Doctor (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=60146&highlight=witch) base class that I've been meaning to try.

Looks pretty cool.
