Other than duskblade, are there any feat or item based ways to channel spells through your weapon so you can smack someone and enfeeble them at the same time?

Outside of spell storing, or course.

Smiting Spell (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/cgi-bin/feats.pl?Smiting_Spell,all) is the only other way I know of to do anything similar. It's not all that good an ability, unfortunately (and doesn't really deserve its +1 adjustment, considering the limit on the type of spells it can use and the restrictions on actually applying said spell.)

From memory, the Havoc Mage PrC from the Miniatures Handbook had something similar...

You could also get a spell-storing weapon. And there's also a feat that lets you expend a spell slot to add generic damage to an attack, based on the spell's level, but I don't recall what it is.

Arcane Strike, Complete Warrior. Adds +1 attack and +1d4dmg per spell level.

Arcane Strike, I believe it's called, probably from Complete Warrior or Arcane. It lets you burn a slot/spell for something like +1 atk and +1d4 damage per spell level.

If you are willing to use a homebrew fix for a funny class whos name rhymes with itself there is the better rage mage (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38898).
