Mongoose Pocket Handbooks

I've had this, the Moongoose Pocket Player's Handbook for awhile now, and it seems to be a pretty good d20 resource:

I'm thinking about getting a copy of this, the Game Master's Guide:

Does anyone have any opinions on it? Also, does it include any Monster Manual information or just Dungeon Master's Guide stuff?
