I remember a bloke that learned to fix watches using his feet, but that's not really musical, unless he turned his foot-based clockwork to music boxes...

I saw this same guy on DrumFunny (http://drumfunny.com/2009/05/11/one-man-rock-band/) a week or so ago. The site's creator ran across him playing out on the streets in Richmond and took several minutes of video and posted it. Pretty cool, especially since outside he's not even using drumsticks (and added in some "vocals").

EDIT: And appears to be using a floor tom in place of his bass drum :smallconfused: Didn't notice that before.
