If you're new to these parts, there's quite an elaborate layout to the Forums. This "hi" is currently posted in the section dedicated to comic books and webcomics; hellos and such are stashed in the Friendly Banter (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=29) section. There's about a dozen other categorizations too.
