Hey, I've been interested in playing a warlock, I've heard a lot of good about them. Unfortunately, I can't find any good info on making one.

What I'm trying to do is make a warlock build that focuses on the most powerful Eldritch Blast possible, or the most in one round, or even if there's anything else crazy you can do with it(I'm trying to stick with touch attacks, so it's easier to hit things).

So does anyone have a guide or any build suggestions?

A great feat is Mortalbane for the Book of Vile Darkness.
here is a link to it's benefits: {Scrubbed. Please don't link there.}
It basically adds 2d6 to you blast damage, but only 5 times per day.

Warlock Handbook (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=393586).

That said, just go Hellfire Warlock (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20061207a&page=3). Either use a Strongheart Vest or Bind Naberius to eliminate the penalties from the Con-damage, snag Empower SLA and Quicken SLA, the infusion to ignore SR, and 1-3 good shapes(Chain or Glaive[Dragon Mag]) is a must, Spear is good, and there are a couple others. Pick up Flight and Fly-by Attack, and go to town.

hmm... the hellfire class said that you can't use the hellfire abilities with anything that makes it so you do not have a Constitution score or are somehow immune to Constitution damage... does that gear follow that? And also, I'm hoping to be equally powerful or more powerful against evil and undead kind of things(My DM has hinted at finishing the campaign with one of the Elder Evils).

and ya, I forgot to say, this is 3.5

There is also the Warlock Information Compilation (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=751117), which has some useful advice. It also explains how the ways around takign the hellfire Con damage.

Binding Naberius after taking a level in Binder seems to be (nearly) universally seen as a way to get past the problem. this is because of Naberius's (did I spell that right?) Fast ability heal, which allows you to Heal 1 pt of ability damage per round and 1 pt of drain per hour. You still take the Con damage, you just heal it right after.

The Strongheart Vest gets a bit controversial, as it makes you immune to 1 point of ability damage per round (I think, I'm not entirely sure how the mechanics of this work). This can be argued as to if it will work or not, and I'm not entirely sure how it works, so I'm not going to go into more detail here.

And I hope I managed to get the link coding to work this time...

and ya, I forgot to say, this is 3.5Yes, they work. One makes you heal one point of ability damage a round. It's essentially the same as the Wand of Restoration mentioned as a common method by the PrC, but better. The other essentially gives you DR 1 against ability damage. Since you never suffer more than one point, it makes you immune without making you immune.

Since you never suffer more than one point, it makes you immune without making you immune.Or alternately, it, you know, makes you immune with making you immune. That's the controversial part.

It's hard to argue against the Naberius trick, though, since you do still take the damage, and the class is explicit about saying that it's OK to heal the damage afterwards. The down side is that you need to dip at least one non-warlock level to get it.

Eldrich Glaive lets you full attack with Eldrich Blast from 10 feet away, so that is excellent for increasing damage output without the need for dips. It's in Dragon Magic.
